The mission statement mentioned in the business plan needs to clearly explain what services or products you intend to provide to your targeted customers. Make sure you are able to articulate the mission statement in a manner which is clear yet impactful.

The second segment of your business plan should specify the management plan that your company intends to execute. This consists of the details all the people who would be involved in the execution of this business plan. It also states the allocation of the manpower resources.

The third segment of your business plan presentation should talk about the description of the product or service you intend to sell. This segment should not only talk about the product/service details it should also talk about the feasibility study which should have been conducted by your company before thinking about bringing the product or service to the market.

Then the fourth part which deals with the detailed list of the entire set of main and sub-goals that the company wishes to accomplish through the execution of their business plan. This section mentions its target that the company wishes to accomplish and how soon it plans on accomplishing it.

The fifth segment should deal with the plan related to how the company intends to market its product or service. This should include the advertising budget, the methods of advertising, and any introductory promotional schemes mentioned in detail. It should also mention the amount of manpower you would be dedication to the advertising and sales department on a permanent basis.
